Admission to Company Secretaries (CS) Foundation Programme is on.  10+2 pass students seeking admission till 30^th September, 2010 will be eligible for Examination in June, 2011.  Students of any stream- Arts / Science / Commerce ( excluding Fine Arts ) can pursue the   CS FOUNDATION PROGRAMME conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

The Institute of Company Secretaries of India is a premier National professional Body (imparting education primarily through distance learning alongwith provision for optional oral coaching classes)  set up under an Act of Parliament   (The Company Secretaries Act, 1980), to develop and regulate the profession of Company Secretaries.

Admission to the CS Course is open throughout the year. After qualifying the  Foundation Programme, students are required to clear the Executive and Professional Examination and to undergo Practical Training to become qualified Company Secretaries.
